One of the strict instructions placed by the GOI of India in the recent times was linking mobile number with Aadhaar. There was an old circular/notice that instructed the user to link the mobile number with Aadhaar within a deadline or else the mobile number could get deactivated. However, the deadline was postponed to 31st March on the order from the Supreme Court.
